السعر ممتاز جدًا مقابل الإقامة، وكانت الشقة كبيرة وغرفة وصالة منفصلة ممتازة جدًا للمعلومية لايوجد تكييف

دفعت مقابل بطانية النظافة لم تكن ١٠ بل كانت ٩ الهدوء لم يكن ١٠ كان ٩

النظافه وقربه من الفعاليات وارجع له ثانيه

تم استقبالي بمجموعة من التحذيرات والإنذارات وأي مخالفة عليها غرامة مالية ، ابنتي دخلت حمام السباحة بالمايوه الإسلامي وتم طردها ..تعامل الموظفين سيء جدا .. أعطوا صورة سيئة عن المدينة.. كذلك الغرفة فيها نواقص كثيرة ..

Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Service Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not pleasant. Most of the staff could not communicate in English, which made even basic interactions difficult. I had requested a baby cot, and when it was brought to the room, it had a bad smell, which was unacceptable. I also faced a major issue with the reservation team. I tried multiple times to change my check-in date and contacted the hotel repeatedly, but received no proper response. One staff member answered but couldn't understand me and asked me to call again the next day. I kept calling from 10 AM with no answer, and by the time someone replied at 12:00 PM on the check-in day, they charged me for an extra night — even though I had already booked another hotel due to their delay. When I arrived on my original check-in date, no one from the staff was able to assist me properly in my booking issue . I tried to raise a formal complaint, but they refused to accept any complaint at the hotel. Eventually, they arranged a call with the reservation team, who simply told me to deal with Booking.com directly. Additionally, the hotel lacks a centralized system for room assignments. I had to search across three different blocks just to locate my room, which was very frustrating after a long day. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. The lack of communication, poor service, and disorganized setup made this a stressful experience.
