Service from the staff needs to be improved.

I didn’t get the room i have booked. A frontman explained to me in a very rude way that i had booked the room not in The Kristal resort but in Kristal appartements. While i choose Kristal resort only because of its good breackfast . They sent me to appartements with no breackfast include, no wifi at all. And when I asked if I can get any cofee in the morning, reception man told me maybe I can find any in someone else’s appartements! This is worst experince I ‘ve ever had with Booking.

Good sized apartment for family of 5 and very comfortable. Location of accommodation and proximity to the ski slope is a few minutes walk. Aspen cafe nearby was great and staff excellent.

Tendency to be very noisy. But not a huge issue. It was a bit confusing for that 'Crystal Resort' is not a part of the hotel, so we were told we had to pay to use the swimming pool there (we had friends staying at the hotel, so our children wanted to join them there).

It’s not crystal hotel but apartment on rent. Anyway place has its own pool and sauna, walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, markets, ski rentals and lift, also skating ring.

We did not had Wi-Fi so to TV access.

Near to ski place and cable car

Staff was rude I ask that I need someone to help me in the luggage they say no you can bring it by yourself. no WiFi in the room we ask for wifi every day they say tomorrow and they didn’t fix the issue. We stay 3 nights they never clean the room no water in the room. Far from the centre you need taxi to go centre
