"Staff was rude and their customer service was very poor."

The property was clean and cleaning ladies were very nice and polite.

Shower glass door shattered during our stay at the resort and my mom got minor injuries. But the manager of the resort didn't even express any concern, didn't even ask if anyone was injured and he was not letting us leave the resort without paying them the extra fee for the damage instead of offering us the compensation. Finally I called the police and the police officers were shocked with the fact that they were not letting us leave the property. We were finally able to leave the resort with the help of the police. The receptionist was very rude and she was screaming at us.

The smell of the place is due to the kitchen. The smell of cooking wafts greatly in the corridors. Also, the sofa was not cleaned well. It has bad odors and the bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed from the inside.
