Very good experience overall!

Great ambiance, clean, small and charming, perfect location off busy streets and crowds but steps away from all the action, had complete amenities, I could go on and on.

Just very minor stuff like missing bathrobe hook, but really no complaints.

It has a good location. Our room was very quiet. The staff was friendly.

The property is run down and not appealing. Our room was clean but the tub didn't have a stopper, there were fingerprints all over the windows. A dead plant in the front entrance.

Location of Hotel is central and walkable to everything downtown! The employees were all professional, friendly and helpful.

From early morning till about 6 p.m. everyday, the hallway was noisy with renovation/construction workers & electric tools, etc.....there was no way to comfortably relax inside my loft/room due to the constant loud noise/renovation work going on. The hallway to get to MY room, and several hotel rooms IN the hallway are under construction, and my room inside was never even close to being quiet. I had a larger loft room with windows facing inward so that I would not hear street noise and could enjoy the inner garden patio view. Well, the construction noise/renovation noise ruined it.

Location and walking distance to most everything you would want to do. Property is doing major renovations and updates to multiple rooms which will help with some of the “dated” rooms.

The front desk attendant at check in had little to no personality, charged my card for a resort fee which had been paid in advance, and to top it off, gave us a parking card which expired after 2 days. Thankfully, there are some very nice, professional staff members which were able to correct all of the issues.

Location is great, right next to the market.

This hotel is in the middle of everything in old Charleston. Parking is in an adjoining deck. A suburban sized vehicle is a tight squeeze. The rooms were clean and super quite. Our room was large and two stories. 1st level is a den with kitchen and 1/2 bath. 2nd is a bedroom, large closet, and large bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and 2 person garden tub. The tub is really useless because it takes forever to fill. Overall this hotel was wonderful for the price. Rarely do you leave feeling like you got a deal. My only complaint is that the property needs a little love because its slightly dated. However this would not keep me from staying here again. We enjoyed our stay.
