The location for breakfast was fine.

There should be a shower mat in the bathtub.

This hotel is gone down hill. I just completed a stay at this hotel and this hotel has taken a turn for the worst. - Check-in - front desk check in person tells me this is his second night and I need to wait for someone else to check me in. - Only one bottle of water given as "we are running out of bottles of water.' - Next morning - quality of breakfast is gone downhill. - Wifi was intermittent and front desk did not know how to get it working. - Spoke to a front desk agent and she informed me that they have not had a GM or AGM for almost 6 months now. Owners are saving money. - Here is the worst part - I was on the third floor and starting about 10 PM, a lot of noise in the hall way, seems to be a party, room doors slamming every so often told me that there were a lot of people coming in and out of rooms. Not sure what was going on there but I can guess. - Called the front desk - no answer. - This hotel felt like, it was unkept. Of course, no one running it, new staff, and lack of skills or desire to help customers, is nothing but a recipe for disaster waiting to happen. I hope Hyatt can address these problems otherwise not sure how many business people will be staying here.

The gentleman at the front desk as well as the shuttle driver were amazing. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful with welcoming and finding a place to eat at that late at night. Also, the shuttle driver was right on time very competent and found us exactly where we needed to go. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Noisy, hotel needs serious updating, breakfasts were inedible. Staff too busy to take care of issues. I formed front desk the elevator was out of order. Three days later it still wasn’t fixed.

The property was clean and fresh; very convenient to the Tobacco Road Race. The staff who were present were helpful and pleasant.

Felt the hotel was understaffed. The hotel desk could not easily locate the booking.com reservation and shared that its often difficult to find third party reservations. Eventually they did.

I requested front desk to replace old tv which it has blue tint horizontal. It is like color blind with partial color tv. She didn’t get maintenance guy to replace it. Watching defective tv isn’t a pleasant experience. I watch my laptop anyway.

Arrived at 2am to check in. The lobby door was locked and I had to call the front desk with my name for them to let me in. I appreciated the extra level of security. Overall stay was perfectly fine with the exception of the quality of food at breakfast. Very few choices and the hot food (scrambled eggs and bacon) that I selected was barely warm and not particularly good.
