THE FRONT STAFF TRIED TO CHARGE ME AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE AND SHOWED THEM MY RECEIPT I HAD TO GET THE MANAGER TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT. THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS REALLY RUDE. THEN WHEN WE CHECKED OUT THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN I HAD TO CALL BACK AGAIN FRONT DESK WAS RUDE HAD TO TALK TO A MANAGER AGAIN TO GET MY REFUND. THAY ALSO CHARGED US FOR 2 MEALS WHEN WE ONLY PURCHASED 1. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL COMPLETELY. THE MANAGER WAS SUPER NICE AND HANDLED EVERY CONCERN I HAD.

The extensive breakfast variety, the couch in our room added for a nice lounging area separate from our bed and the price of our stay was the best in the area.

The only thing i would complain about is the efficiency of the kitchen staff for refilling the food.

Location near the airport, for this instance when my flights were cancelled.

Breakfast was horrible, the TV wouldn’t work, outlets were not charging anything, gritty dirt on shower floor, loud neighbors upstairs, no option for room service - all for almost $200 a night.
