"Highly recommend Hyatt Place RDU."

Positive customer service from check in to check out. Great location for our needs. Close to tournament location and amenities. Despite being near airport, airport noise was minimal and didn’t disrupt sleep.

The room was very comfortable the only improvement I suggest is to have an Nesspresso Vertuo machine available ( it can be placed in the lobby) for those of us who like espresso or latte. We had a very early flight and could not connect to airport transportation nor breakfast.

As stated Espresso coffee availability.

"Such a short stay and appreciated the customer service and great location."

Front desk service was outstanding. Breakfast items ran low and turnaround to replenish was a little slow. Need a new toaster due to only one side was working. Table was very wobbly. Carpets need to be cleaned in bedrooms and common areas outside of rooms. Overall satisfied but could be better.

cleaner carpets and very slippery bathtubs. My fiancee slipped and fell inside of tub while showering. We put a towel on bottom of tub to prevent falling again.
