"Nothing special"

The hotel and room were clean. The furniture in the hotel, especially lobby/breakfast are show their age and use. The ceiling in the lobby has a water leak. If you need a quick night at an airport hotel this Hyatt is fine, but for a similar price there are other Hyatts in the area that are nicer.

"Stay Away!!"

Horrible. Hallway and rooms smelled like a wet dog. Breakfast I think was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel. The gym was a joke. Everything was broke but 1 treadmill. One staff member had a really bad attitude. Save your money. Try the hotels next door.

The staff is nice. No microwave in the room. Airport shuttle wasn’t running. Coffee maker and phone weren’t working. Understaffed. Management has set up an environment that gives customers the bare minimum and sets employees up to fail.
