USStaff was nice, kind of. We came to check in, she saw us and continued her conversation at the bar until I waled over and the other staffer said "she's coming". Shouldn't she have ceased her conversation and came over when we first walked in not 5 minutes later??
Room was clean, the carpets were stained in the room and we went to use a napkin for the prepackaged napkin, stirrer, sugar package and the packages were all sticky! YUCK!! and so was the tray they were on. There was also confetti under the glass on the dresser that was gross looking.
USUSUSWe loved the decor, the pool and hot tub were themed/clean/big, and the rooms were nice and clean! We also usually bring our own shampoo, bodywash etc. when we stay at hotels, but this hotel has great complimentary products!! That was a great surprise. We will definitely be back!

The only thing that I did not like was the way that the employee who was looking over the breakfast treated this little old gentleman, whose wife apparently hit the button too many times and made 20 pancakes instead of two, I feel like maybe there should be a sign next to it saying you hit the button and to come out or something simple like that for people that don’t know how that thing works. She was very jacked up about it and very rude to him.
USUSUSThe breakfast was great! Did not expect there to he so many choices, and so delicious! only expected cold choices such as cereal or muffins. But you guys were over the top with biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc. Better than leaving the hotel to eat somewhere else.
