In the end, we spoke with the hotel manager. At first, he claimed that not all rooms are identical to the photos and that we didn’t receive that specific room, but after a short discussion he behaved respectfully, offered us several rooms to choose from, and eventually spoke to us in a pleasant and polite manner.

We received hotel rooms that did not match the photos or descriptions shown on Booking.com. When we raised the issue, the staff behaved aggressively and unprofessionally — shouting, making threatening hand gestures, and acting in a way that made us fear they might even react physically. One of the staff members kept shouting loudly and angrily that he would call the police, which caused us stress and embarrassment in front of other guests. The experience was very unpleasant and disturbing. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and my back hurt for several days.

Good sized swimming pool and garden area with sun loungers. However this was spoilt by loud music blaring out all day. Close to the beach.

Room was supposed to be a superior with a sea view. In reality the room was very tired, with chipped furniture, and a fridge that must be over 20 years old! Rooms billed to have a sea view only had a side sea view, which meant you were predominantly over looking buildings and in our case a dilapidated garden with an old bath in it! Not a pleasant view at all! The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The food was not good either, particularly the main meals at lunch and dinner. Very poor quality and basic dishes. We ate out after the first night.

All the food variety was always delicious like 10/10, there was plenty to choose from in every aspect, everything was fresh and so delicious. Everything what's your mind would like to get in your stomach, indeed a feast for the eyes and also the stomach. The personal was very nice and polite. Rooms were clean and the location was perfect. Love Ammoudara.

No complaints, would like to return one day. :-)
