Only the crepes by the pool.

The whole hotel in not good, not worth the money. Rooms are very old, beds are not comfortable, not enough pillows and also verry small, super old aircondition that or freeze you or cook you from heat if turned off. "All inclusive" but you have to pay extra for alot of things: icecream, orange juice, ice coffee.. The resturant is not clean, flies over the food. The food is presented badly and the tatse is bad and artificial. 4 days and the only eadible thing was fried potatos. The staff are not friendly. Only in this hotel you are asked to pay 2 euros to change pool towel to clean one. Also asking a deposit of 10!! Euros per towel! Terrible choice..

The hotel staff was super nice. They handle my family professionally. The beach was very close. The food of the restaurant was good quality, delicious and fill immediately the missing ones. The location is perfect, between the airport and the hotel (for 1.6€) there is a direc bus line (go through the old Town of Heraklion). From the room we have a lovely view of the sea and mountains. The beach was huge, you kac walk miles in the sand without any barrier. Near the hotel there are many gift shops, restaurants, supermarkets.

The closest narov way to the beach was a bit dirty (but that is not a part of the hotel).

The pool

I have never been to a worse all-inclusive. The food was terrible - tasteless, monotonous, greasy - most things were not understood what they were. The alcohol and soft drinks were even worse. Despite paying for all inclusive, we were forced to eat outside the hotel and also buy alcohol and soft drinks from the store. We did not have free access to the water dispenser, it was only offered at the bar - it smelled and tasted very bad. The beach was far away, the nearest one could not be used, since it is a first-line hotel. The staff was not the friendliest.

Large pool, also quite large room

Very small shower, we order double room, but this was twin beds just standing together. It's quite uncomfortable for couples. The still water has specific taste, and bottle water was for extra charge, and does not included in all inclusive service. Wines were terrible

Nous avons séjourné deux jours en all inclusive. Honnêtement à part le petit déjeuner qui est correct et varié, ce n'est pas un all inclusive. L'eau est a acheter et les repas sont de très mauvaises qualité. Exemple : pâte, mais, crudités, cuisses de poulet pas bien cuites poisson à la vapeur sans saveur,fruits en dessert et glaces. Vraiment du bas de gamme. Flunch c'est meilleur. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles à l'étranger. C'est un deux étoiles plutôt. Je vous le déconseille vraiment

Located just outside of Heraklion, having a bus stop in front makes hotel's location great for travellers via public transport. But what is more important is the staff who are there to greet, offer and help the customers. I asked some specifics prior my arrival and was answered accordingly. After our checkout we stayed a bit more in the hotel area, treated as guests till the last moment. Not to mention the scrumptious variety of foods served during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms were also big, having amenities and comfortable beds and pillows.

The beverages were all draft so we opted for bottled ones that served our taste. One remark that is easy to solve - there was no water tank/dispenser in the restaurant so one has to wait for the bar in line for just water. Corridors are not well insulated so you depend on your neighbours to have a quality rest (you can hear running, shutting doors, etc. but that is more on the visitors)

Settembre 2024 Posto veramente fantastico, raggiungibile in pochi minuti dall'aeroporto. Offre formula all inclusive e i pasti sono a buffet con ampia varietà per poter accontentare tutti i gusti. La piscina è molto ampia e sempre ben curata, come lo spazio verde antistante. Un plauso, sicuramente, va a chi si occupa delle pulizie: tutti i locali sono super puliti, sia gli spazi comuni che le camere. Altro valore aggiunto sono la cordialità e la gentilezza del personale: dalle ragazze che si occupano del ristorante alle signore delle pulizie, passando per i responsabili sempre tutti sorridenti e disponibili. Il mio riconoscimento più grande, però, va a Eleni e Atalanti, coloro che gestiscono egregiamente in fase diurna il bar della piscina. Complimenti a tutti

Good location.

Old property with very low service quality especially regarding the food and drinks. Everything that was worthy (an orange juice or a bottle of water and many more) was outside the all inclusive cost and you were forced to pay for it. The rest that was inside the all inclusive cost was of very very low quality!
