Das Essen, die gute Lage !

Handtücher wurden nur alle 2 Tage gewechselt, wir waren zu 3 haben nur 2 kleine Handtücher erhalten. Als Erklärung wurde das Papp Schild auf unsere Handtücher gelegt. Kein Service was die Koffer angeht, mussten alles selbst schleppen. Nur 1 mal eine Flasche Wasser erhalten zu beginn. Einheimische Jugendliche fahren auf der Straße die das Hotel vom Strand trennt mit Rollet auf Touristen zu mit Vollgas, geht garnicht !

Le piscine, i bar adiacenti, il waterpark e l'area gioco per bambini sono sicuramente la parte migliore. La struttura é grande e curata. La camera é molto grande e spaziosa. Cibo buono e variegato per tutti i gusti.

La pulizia della stanza é stata molto carente. Lo staff di tutta la struttura inclusa la reception non é stato per nulla accogliente cosa che non si addice ad un posto così. La spiaggia davanti alla struttura a 15€ (1 ombrellone 2 lettini) si riempie già dalle 8 di mattina e c'é pochissimo spazio tra i lettini. Si consiglia di uscire dall'hotel e andare più avanti dove ci sono molti altri stabilimenti con più spazio per i bambini. L'orario di chiusura delle piscine alle 18, come anche quella della sala pranzo alle 14 risultano troppo stringenti.

Proximity to the sea, a lot of swimming pools (they opened a new one on our last day at the hotel), good food including Cretan and Greek cuisine, slides for children, regular cleaning, ice cream for lunch and dinner as well as the ice cream hour.

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre familiale confortable, super choix pour manger. Propre et bien insonorisé, belles animations, personnel sympa

Les produits de toilette pourraient être de meilleure qualité. Un effort à faire car cela n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Pas de cadeau de bienvenue ou de départ, c'est dommage. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre ni de peignoir

Food great, also one dinner we had at the seaside restaurant - very nice! Ask to books “special restaurants” upon arrival to get a spot. Beach is great, baby disco and evening animation we enjoyed. Some nights were truly impressive (acrobatic trio)

The sun beds are 20€/day extra and there is almost no space to come with your own towel, but just keep in mind I’m this extra cost.

The hotel is cozy, with a clean and well-maintained territory and plenty of greenery, including their signature cacti. The food was quite tasty, and the bar menu was simply top-notch! Last year we stayed at a 5-star hotel, and even there the bar selection was smaller. Every cocktail we tried was delicious! On the positive side, I’d like to mention the convenient luggage storage room, where you can also take a shower. This is especially useful if your flight is in the evening and you have to check out at 11:00 AM — you can still enjoy the beach or the bar for the rest of the day and head to the airport feeling fresh and relaxed.

This is not really an all-inclusive hotel — it’s more like “food-inclusive.” Be prepared to pay extra for almost everything else: the in-room safe, beach towels, sunbeds on the beach — basically anything beyond the room and meals comes at an additional cost. The selection at the restaurant was rather limited, and for some dishes we had to wait in line for 10–15 minutes. You can’t just walk in and choose your own table at the buffet. The staff assigns seating, and they were quite unfriendly — even rude at times. When our group of five was seated at a table set for four, we politely asked to move to a nearby larger table (which was available), but were flatly refused with the response: “We decide who sits where.” The number of sunbeds by the pool doesn’t come close to accommodating the number of guests. Don’t be surprised if you arrive in the morning and find all the loungers taken — often by towels, not people. Guests reserve them early and disappear, sometimes for the entire day. The water park has almost no seating area for parents to wait while their kids play. There are just a few chairs for everyone, so unless you’re lucky, you’ll likely be standing in the sun the whole time. Housekeeping service was not provided daily, which may be an issue for some guests.
