Cactus Beach Hotel

Good hotel, with excellent food. Personnel is nice and helpful. Free parking. A lot of activities for kids.

Not enough space for all people, crowded near pools, the construction works are in progress near waterpark. Sunbeds near the sea are not included.

Great facilities for a family holiday. Spacious bedrooms with good beds. Staff very friendly.

Had to pay to use the beach beds €15 per day. The shop in the resort only accepts cash. Had to leave a €10 deposit for the use of pool/beach towels. Activation team need more guidance on the activities for the kids.

Amazing holiday destination

The rooms near the bar were a bit noisy. Heating didn’t work on the 1st day, when it was still cold. Safe was not free of charge.

Quite big room, clean and big enough bathroom, close to sandy beach. Very good food, greek and International, wonderful garden , car park on site for free

Staff in the restaurant who took us to the table without any discus where we prefer to sit even if the restaurant was almost empty. Some customers can do much more then others for example take alkohol for free after 11p.m I saw from balcony when some girl poured beer for adult, nobody from staff was in this time behind the bar opposite was one didn't take any action. It happened after greek evening 2th of November about med night. Staff requires more supervision from management. You can see on picture a girl behind the bar

Beautiful resort with lovely architecture and gardens. All staff were amazing and incredibly kind. Our children really loved the kids club and water park. Personally I loved the clean pool, big buffet, architecture of the hotel and great atmosphere for families. We had an amazing 10 days stay with our family with two children and grandparents.

Online thing to mention - the hotel has a few different room types all across the resort, some near the mountains, close to the beach, some near the restaurant and hotel bar so depending on what you enjoy during a holiday it might be worth checking the location and how busy it may be near your room.

The location is good, central in the city.

The swimming pools are too small and always crowded, and too deep for small children. The aquapark had no place to sit while children are in the pool. There would be usually a que for all the meals. The sunbeds are not included in all inclusive, but 15 eur per day.

The water park for children is fun, the hotel from the outside is beautiful and well maintained. Too bad our whole experience was ruined because of the room and we couldn't sleep!!!

We arrived at the hotel for one night because our flight was delayed and we were looking for a good hotel where we could spend the day and sleep well before the flight. Unfortunately we really couldn't sleep!!! The air conditioner in the room made a noise like a tractor, it was impossible to turn it off because it was very hot! When we wanted to take a shower, we discovered that the shower head was not working properly, we had to take a shower this way! When we went to the reception at night to complain, they told us there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked and their only way to compensate us was for us to buy something at the mini market!!! We paid about 650 dollars to sleep properly and we couldn't sleep for one minute. Shame that this is the room we got and even more shame that this is the "compensation" that the hotel offers for the injustice caused to us and the white night we spent together with our children! The receptionist sent us to complain in booking instead of finding a solution at that moment! We are disappointed at the highest levels and our experience was terrible! No water slide and no good pool in the hotel will make up for the horrible experience we had with our children that night! I have videos of the air conditioner and the shower, tell me where to send them and I will send them so that you will be as shocked as we are!

Swimming pools, water park, bars and beautiful beach everything was perfect. Facility is quite clean and new. Room size was big enough with two double beds. Balcony drying rack was so useful after waterplay for drying all swimming cloths and tubes.

Every breakfast was same, dull and boring a bit. It costs about 20eur for lending two sunbeds and one parasol at the beach.
