Cactus Beach Hotel

The food was maybe the only thing that i will miss from these facilities, the restaurant staff were very helpful. The animators were very pleasant for children. The beach is beautiful if there is no wind.

We found sand on our bed right after our check in , and the receptionist was trying to convince us that the sheets had been changed after the previous visitor departed. The swimming pools were very dirty and the sunbeds on the beach and near the pools were always occupied. Taking a shower during the afternoon was nearly impossible due to the low water pressure at that time. No Greek channes on tv. The place was overcrowded

The location

The room was not the room I booked. We were told we could not change? The amount of waiting for food. Felt like a cattle mart. Food barely warm. No sun beds also tried to book Greek restaurants and others but not available.

Good central location but service was poor. Cleaners walked into our room in the morning without even knocking while we were still in bed. Food was below average

I raised a formal complaint regarding this booking via telephone call on 12th August as there was a serious error in the booking made by Booking,com with the hotel on my behalf. Please may I have an update regarding this complaint?

Das All Inklusiv Angebot nicht wirklich genutzt, da es so viele gute Restaurants rundherum hat. Hätte mir gewünscht nur mit Frühstück buchen zu können. Das Buffet sagte mir nicht so zu, Getränke waren vorallem sehr Süss aber keine Markenprodukte oder gute Cocktails. Finde es schade, dass bei allinklusiv oft nur billigprodukte verwendet werden. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Lage vom Hotel ist auch super. Ebenfalls die Anlage von aussen ist sehr hübsch. Super fand ich, dass wir beim Checkin mitten in der Nacht ein Sandwich bekamen.
