Sirios Village Hotel & Bungalows - All Inclusive

Very friendly staff, special thanks to Stavros and Maria in the restaurant as well as Nektarios and Wasiliki at the reception! We spent two weeks in October. Every day a different cuisine was served, Italian, Greek, Cretan, etc. Delicious cakes! Lots of vegetables, tasty meats, only fish weak in taste in my opinion. Drinks, ice cream, simple cakes and popcorn (very nice idea) available all the time. In fact, you can eat all the time because between lunch and dinner fries, gyros, pita, pizza are available. I don't drink alcohol, so I don't express an opinion on it. Rooms cleaned daily, towels changed. Beach towels also could be changed as many times as needed without charge. Very comfortable mattresses, which is rare in vacation hotels. For covering only a sheet but a bedspread/blanket is provided upon request. The water in the sea in October was really warm. To the sea you have to walk a bit (5 minutes), on the way back steeply uphill. For us it was a nice walk because the cove is lovely and the beach not too crowded. The hotel with attractions for children, so there were a lot of them, so for those who want peace and quiet I would rather not recommend. We didn't mind :) In the hotel you can drink tap water so you don't have to multiply plastic trash (think bottles). Of course, water was also always available in the restaurant, but not in bottles only to pour from the tap. Congratulations for your green approach!

Ok deleted my last review as it was a little harsh. So been here nearly 5 days. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, maybe because it’s end of October the entertainment is absolutely nonexistent so after you’ve eaten in the evening there’s nothing to do. So, a couple of nights we’ve ventured into the town and had dinner in the marina. To get to the town it’s about a 15-20 minute bus ride and will cost you €1.20 a ticket. Now here’s a bit of advice.. you have to purchase your tickets from the ticket machine at the bus stop. You can only pay cash and if using a note, a €5 note is the maximum you can use so take change. The all inclusive food is ok but not the greatest and if you want your food a little hot get in early. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away and yesterday some guy wanted to charge us €60 each to use a sun lounger. We said no. !! For a do nothing relaxing holiday it’s ticked the box but would I come here again - no.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Το δωμάτιο πολύ ωραία με άνετο κρεβάτι. Το προσωπικό, αν και τέλος σεζόν, φιλικοί. Το φαγητό πολύ μέτριο με λίγες επιλογές για χορτοφάγους. Τα ποτά του all inclusive απαίσια. Είχε αρκετές πελάτες αλλά δυστυχώς τίποτα entertainment το βράδυ.. Ίσος μέσα το καλοκαίρι θα ήταν λιγότερο βαρετό. Ούτε να βλέπουμε τηλεόραση στο δωμάτιο σαν επιλογή αφού η τηλεόραση ήταν παμπάλαιο και δεν έπιανε κανάλια! Ήθελα να κάνουμε θεραπείας στο σπα αλλά μας ενημέρωσαν ότι οι θεραπείες γίνονται στο δωμάτιο σου και έτσι δεν κλείσαμε.

Spent 1 week at Sirios ,very relaxing, staff brilliant and friendly, food and drink good ,plenty of sunbeds, pools nice and fresh. Close to lovely beach and local restaurants and shops nearby. A bus ride to Chania which is worth a visit. All in all a nice place to stay.

Lovely Clean Modern Hotel Great Reception Expansive and well spread out 3 lovely size Pools to Cater for everyone All the staff are hard working 'Friendly and Helpful The Room we had was modern spacious Clean and Comfortable With a Private pool The Restaurant was a bit Disappointing and the Pool Bar Food and Drink was not Fantastic The all inclusive Drinks were not very pleasant Food was Ok now issues with it but in my opinion was not Four Star and Restaurant was very Canteen like The Beach wasn't really Far but could be a hike for some Overall was a great break on a lovely island With plenty to see and do and explore

Did not feel it was a 4 star property, more like 3 star

Resort is lovely. Clean and well maintained. Staff are amazing, kind and friendly. We found the food to not be the best at the hotel but the street food /local restaurants were incredible. Just to note, Pools state they are open until 7pm but they actually kick you out at 6pm so they can clean. Meal times are very strict, few people found themselves locked out

It was a nice stay we had a private pool which was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Food was good. Overall good stay.

It is a very nice place, close to the beach. We went with 2 teenagers and would not recommend this: this place is more for families with small kids. Also entertainment etc. The apartment we had was beautiful, very big and the surroundings etc is very beautiful. The food was very good, enough choise.
