Location, value

I was locked in the bathroom at least 3 times. If I had been alone, it would have been a real problem! If you closed the pocket door all the way, it would not open. There was no handle on the door. So, we had a lack of privacy as we could not fully close the door.

Great location walkable to Asilomar Conference Grounds and State Beach. Quiet room and comfy bed.

Took three trip from the office to finally get a room that was ready. This was well after the 3 pm check in time. On our third day, we were locked out of our room, requiring another walk to the office to get the keys straightened out. $28/day is a bit on the high side. How about $50 for the 3-day stay, or something more reasonable.

Friendly people work here. The small size means that room service is fast and very good.

It's not directly adjacent to food/shopping places. If you're like me and just want a quiet escape for a few nights, that won't dissuade you. My fridge wasn't very cold, unfortunately, which the owners may want to look into. Of course I may have just been using it wrong.
