This is a really wonderful agriturismo set up on the slopes of Mt Etna, surrounded by hazelnut trees. This is a real agriturismo, in that the property is primarily run as a farm, not a hotel. That said the accommodations are comfortable, and the dinner was really good. We missed a flight and our next one was delayed, but the owner stayed up and served us dinner despite our late arrival. The agriturismo is well-located for exploring Mt Etna and the wineries surrounding it. The owners are friendly and helpful, the setting is beautiful, and I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for this type of stay.

no welcome from female host ( we stayed 2 nights ) accommodation not as advertised ie no bidet or bath robe or shower mat that was really required and not as advertised that meals ie breakfast could be booked . so no food available at all .. no access to communal kitchen as advertised . husband Stefano was friendly and offered us fruit & coffee but too late as on on our way out after 2nd night . not good value for money .

"Exceptional"

A great family farm(nuts) located under the Etna. It's a top location if you are in this part of Sicily and you want to visit Etna. Cca. 25 min. from location where we booked a guide for visit on Etna. On the farm there are many animals like cats,dogs, goats, chickens,ducks and we and our kids were super happy because of this. It's a super calm and quiet place to relax. The food was local and made by the family. Super delicious!! The owners were very friendly and gave us a lot of informations. We highly recomand this farm stay to all travelers visiting Sicily!
