ICONA Avalon

They had complementary Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Unfortunately, no one told us about it! The hotel itself is very expensive to an extreme. Off-season a beach front room was priced at over $800 a night. We also never received the complementary bottle of wine from Expedia.

Fantastic stay! Gorgeous Hotel and very accommodating and welcoming customer experience. Highly recommend! Beautiful view of the Ocean, comfortable and clean rooms. Avalon Brewery attached to the hotel is a delicious place to dine or take to go. Lovely quiet beach during April.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. The rooms are so comfortable, clean and very roomy. Every aspect of Icona is top notch! Avalon is lucky to have such a jewel for its visiting patrons! The hotel boasts a beautiful pool as well....heated and so close to the beach. It is the place to stay for a Weeknd of just a night's getaway

This property is totally first class. The staff are there to please. We had our daughter’s wedding at the Avalon Icona. They paid attention to every detail. The property is spotless and super nice. The team at the Icona were terrific to work with. Loved it!

The ICONA is Fabulous! We went to Avalon for a weekend celebration. ICONA was recommended to us. The reservation service was friendly & efficient; check-in pleasant & smooth; the room - you’re going to Love ! Beautifully appointed, not cluttered plus light ! Bed was great ,,, and the marble bathroom +. At check out we met Ryan at the Desk - perfect host & gentleman. Another sign of a fine establishment. The lady who was cleaning rooms was engaging. Just perfectly so. Enjoy your stay - you can thank me later😉

We had my daughters wedding at the icon in Avalon on March 22. everything from start to finish was taken care of and every question we had was answered and dealing with the icon staff for setting it up was absolutely spectacular. The employees were so helpful, including Lisa at the front desk, Kelly Ann, The banquet manager, and there was another woman who helped my daughter with her veil on the way down to the beach. I don’t know her name she was just as wonderful.. there was a bartender with blonde hair and glasses, who also couldn’t have been better as well as the servers at the happy hour, handing out the hors d’oeuvres. It seemed like the food never stopped. Great job. I highly recommend having a wedding on the beach at the icon in Avalon It’s an experience, our whole family, and all our friends will never forget. Thanks so much.

We had a terrific stay and would definitely stay here again. Great location, spacious room, nice amenities and a VERY comfortable bed! We very much appreciated the hospitality of every staff member with whom we interacted. Everyone was very attentive and anxious to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Icona Sunday thru Tuesday while visiting friends who live in Avalon. The Icona’s friendly staff, comfortable clean and spacious rooms, and the lobby and sitting area are very nice and we had a great breakfast and lunch at the in hotel Avalon Brew Pub.

The facilities, the food, and service are impeccable. My daughter and son in law got married there and everyone was well taken care of. Each employee we encountered was pleasant and clearly wanted our stay to be special. They covered every last detail. What a team!

Very nice hotel, our room was upgraded so that was a big plus. Room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk was very friendly. Only downside was that a large group was at hotel that day so complimentary morning coffee was not available.
