GrandStay Hotel & Suites Becker Big Lake

We had a pleasant stay with a good breakfast, we just missed a little fresh fruit. Very quiet!

The workout toom was super small and super hot. They need a fan in there.

Loved the motel but as a light sleeper placed on 3rd floor overlooking the highway and train tracks… it was very difficult to get a decent night sleep. I heard every semi stopping and Accelerating at the stoplight by the motel. All night! Heard every train flying by during the night. Even with the heater fan running. If I had been then longer than two nights I definitely would have required a room change.

Only thing keeping my stay from being 5 stars was the breakfast. It might have been the worst hotel food I’ve ever had.

It was great according to the price.

If you’re looking for a cheaper bed to sleep in then this is the place. The staff was kind and the facility was clean. The breakfast is simple, but it’s free. It’s dog friendly. The train track is across the road so you get to hear trains all night. The walls seem thin so you hear everything. The beds aren’t the most comfortable and the mattress on the pull out bed is probably an original and is need of replacement.
