GrandStay Hotel & Suites Becker Big Lake

The bed was so uncomfortable. It was really firm and there was a massive dip in the middle of the mattress, so your body naturally wants to roll into the center of the bed.

The room smelled, but it was a pet friendly room:) TV didn't work- it mentioned checking the antenna. Check in, SLOW, but she got us in early. Property- the ice machine was not working on second floor- but was on first. Pool area clean.

Amanda and all staff were helpful and friendly. Especially appreciated the early breakfast hours and the late pool hours. This hotel is a gem! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay and very friendly staff, breakfast was good. Only one issue was there is a busy railroad track on the highway side of the property.

Great check-in and the hotel is clean and in great condition.

Very clean. Lots of extras. Hot tub was actually hot! Door locks/entry need some service. Great staff! Slightly outdated, but still a very nice property!

Hotel and room was clean but the air conditioning unit was broken. Also the chlorine smell in the pool area was so sting you could only be in there 20 minutes before your eyes were burning. Good breakfast

Only thing i would recommend is they had no water faucit or available water. You could buy it per bottle, but not even any water offered at breakfast.
