Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was nice enough and bed and pillows were comfortable but the room was so humid everything felt wet, especially the carpet and the bed.

The hotel is dated but in good condition.

The staff are excellent! Customer Service is great! Breakfast is great, as well is the coffee. The only downfall is the rooms are so very dated and need updating. Rooms are rather stinky. Even though the 3rd floor is for no pets and entire hotel is non smoking, both rooms i had in the past week were stinky. The first room a week ago smelled smokey and upon my return the 2nd room smelled like cats were in it. I have a very sensitive nose though so it could be me. Again, the staff are great, the owner just needs to update the rooms. The beds, furniture are very old. Very clean though and great location for me.

Not amazing but for the price, not by any means terrible either. The staff was very friendly. It was nice being able to go downstairs to a hot breakfast, especially with the waffle machines. Amenities were pretty standard, but internet was mediocre at best. We didn’t check out the pool or gym, so I can’t comment on those. My 2 small boys did love watching the trains go by every so often.

This was maybe the worst experience at a hotel I’ve had. First they gave me completely the wrong room that was not cleaned and dirty and had trash all over then I had to go back down to the desk.. This time they gave me the correct room but the key wouldn’t work. I had to go back down four times because the key wouldn’t work. She finally came up and opened the door for me after and told us we had to use the key a certain way to get it to open.. not to mention the mouse traps by our hotel door.. and it’s hot as heck in the hallway. Then we had a jacuzzi tub and I was in it for a couple minutes and got out and when I went to drain it I realize a bunch of scum was all over the tub! So disgusted! They didn’t even offer a discount or anything. Don’t recommend staying here. Also the pool chlorine was so strong as soon as you walked through the door to the pool your eyes instantly burned.

Great location, comfortable beds, clean, pool And hot tub nice, breakfast super clean and beautifully decorated, Amanda at the front desk is a truly amazing, kind awesome person, we walked to dairy queen, super safe neighborhood and spacious rooms
