Breakfast is ok

Extremely noisy if you’re facing the parking lot. Substandard food. Only one towel in the “upgraded” room, and no room cleaning throughout the stay.

"Mixed experience, overall poor service"

Booked room with early check in, not ready on arrival, had to wait in reception for 30 mins (75 mins after room should have been ready). Requested table reservation for evening meal - not made, but we did get a table. We ordered food and drinks, drinks did not arrive until we had finished both our starter and main courses despite asking for them three times. Club room well equipped and clean. Breakfast excellent, both food quality and service.

Only thing that was a bit of an issue was the heat in the room. There was a fan but that just moved the hot air around. Really need aircon as the windows only opened about 5 cm
