It stunk and was not clean would not stay here again.

The front desk clerk was super nice. We had 2 rooms. They were both clean and nice. The pillows were super comfortable. This is our go to place to stay when visiting PK lake.

Dried popcorn on the blanket that was NOT mine. Tub was rusty and towels were ragged and thin.

Room was clean and very cold upon my arrival.

We were okay with most things, but the bathtub was a bit slippery for senior citizens. It was mainly due to the soft water but dangerous for us.

The employees were polite, available and accommodating. A/C was ice cold. The lobby was clean, beverages, snacks and toiletries were reasonably priced. The pool was nice.

The property wasn’t as nice as the online visuals. The room wasn’t as clean as expected. Mattresses were old, bathroom had rust around the overflow of the bathtub, behind the toilet was gross, there were obvious places that hadn’t been vacuumed. The parking was insufficient when the hotel was full. Upon check in a group affiliated with ours got stuck in the elevator and the employee on shift said that if the door gets stopped it causes it to get off track. She had to turn it off and turn it back on in hopes the kids stuck inside could get out.

The staff was super friendly.

It was too expensive for the cheap mattress and the room STUNK.
