Best Western Plus Graham Inn

Simple easy clean. Arrived late 11:30 and left early 7am, just needed clean comfortable bed and I got a good night sleep

Room had a smell also had ants and bugs in the room and bathroom.

The room had a smell that you can’t get rid of. The room and bugs and ants. A lot of path work in the bathroom. The should not even be a Best Western. It should be just an Inn.

Little things. 1st room, shower curtain rod was almost falling off wall. 2nd room, bath tub rusted around overflow spout. Entrance light switch, had to turn on off several times light would come on. Not worth the $175.00 I paid for 1 night. Rated as a $60.00 night.

Usually it’s nice but was very dirty and had roaches

Staff was good but room was leaking from ac it was wetting all carpet from ac to first bed . Making It unsafe and uncomfortable because could not walk by there .i had called front desk and they stated they knew about it but couldn’t do anything . Monday was around 8 am and there was no breakfast yet . Where it states breakfast. I feel like I over payed for what I had gone through this experience . Not good on customer service on this issues of offer anything to compensate issue . They just said we know about it . From 6am -9am

There’s nothing that truly “wowed me“ about this hotel. It is actually cleaner on the inside, then it appears to be on the outside by the entry. Richard, who checked me in did not have a whole lot to say but he was a nice enough guy, but not extremely welcoming. The room was clean but very average except for the bed which was absolutely horrible and I woke up during the night several times with my back aching. The shower area was very clean. It appeared, but it has old rust stains around that makes it appear not as clean. The breakfast was average, but well supplied compared to other properties that I have stayed at, this one was a little more pricey than it deserved. With all of that said, it was OK, Parking was good, it was quiet and I would stay there again, especially if the beds were updated.

My husband and I were in town to see a show. It was very easy to find. Parking was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. The room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The bed was super comfy and I slept like a dream. Very quiet.

The ice maker on the first floor was not working. If it's broken, fix it. Otherwise it looks like you don't care. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. So I just bathed off. Outside there really needs to be a comfortable place for smokers to sit and enjoy. Some people still do smoke.

The staff was very friendly and the room was quiet and clean.
