Best Western Plus Graham Inn

The beds were like sleeping on springs. The staff was friendly

It was a standard stay. Service was great, room was fine, maybe a little muggy

Dated and rooms could use update

Front desk staff were wonderful

The bed was extremely soft and squishy and there was mold along the edges of the bathtub.

The breakfast was very basic and they ran out of bread on one day and had trouble with the coffee machine on another day

The rooms smell quite musty and moldy

Check in was super easy. Comfortable and spacious room.

Brief

This condition of this facility was unacceptable. I guess it should be a warning when every guest at chdckin including those in front of us with young children get a warning against using drugs. Our room was propped open with the broken door latch when we entered. We feared it was occupied but apparently not. Obviously the broken door latch didn't work. it gets worse. The bath tub in our room was damaged and dirty. Ths porcelain and walls were poorly and unevenly cracked and repaired making visible bumps in the tub floor and side. The wall and door also showed serious water damage. The tub also had rust and other particulate splattered under the facet, damage on the walls and mold in corners. The room vents and those above the food in the breakfast food area were so filthy we were uncomfortable eating and went to Starbucks. Dirt and damage were evident throughout. 30 years ago a similar incident at a Best western caused me to boycott the chain for 25 years. This one definitely puts it at the bottom of my list again.
