Grand Crowne Resort

Very friendly staff that took great care of our company workers.

Resort was very nice and comfortable the grounds well maintained the pool and Jacuzzi were fabulous. Only complaint was the people in the unit next to us one of the individuals thought they were an opera singer but they weren’t and we could hear it through the walls the in room, Jacuzzi tub was fabulous

The staff and property is always great. This is our 2nd time staying in 30 days. Will be back

I liked the setup. My son loved the water slide and pool area.

Great stay for family week vacation!

Location was great! Tub was great after we figured out the leak, caused us to not be able to use it the first night though. Staff were amazing and kind. Room was pretty clean.

We wished room service hours were a bit longer. We wanted to order breakfast on our last morning but we were worried about not getting it in time before checkout. We also had late night cravings and would’ve loved to order around 10pm. The shower curtain could be replaced.

Many things were broken in the room, shower never drained and they never came to repair it after we requested they did. So we all had to take turns showering in everyone's shower water. Had to request a fitted sheet for the pull out bed and they questioned why we needed more than one sheet to sleep with... bare mattress?? Don't use the credit card machine at the arcade. It takes your swipe and never gives the coins. When I checked in, once the lady who gives out parking passes knew I wasn't interested in buying time share, she wasn't interested in eye contact anymore. Move on, next! They don't seem to care about the guests once they get your money. I don't usually write reviews but want to save other people from experiencing the same :(

Location is close to the strip. Property is clean, has great activities and pool.
