Property itself was good.some miscommunication regarding room placement, was resolved quickly. Only issue was the sofa/ sofabed very lumpy uncomfortable. Maintenance excellent, chirping smoke detector fixed immediately upon notification 10 o'clock at night. Loved washer/dryer in unit.

Pools were amazing. Poolside service and food on point! Staff excellent!

Best place we’ve stayed in Branson! Great community, outdoor pool area was very nice. Indoor pool was cold, 2 hot tubs jets didnt work but the room was very spacious and nice! Elevator was very sketchy!

The room was dirty, i took picture bc i was going to say something at check out but instead i emailed corporate. The room we got was l i cated between the machinery room and their restock room for maids. So, the noise was terrible.

Space

When we get to the property, they gave us the unclean room then they proceeded to give us another room to me. We should’ve got compensated for the miscommunication, but they didn’t and they had pushing people there trying to make you learn about the time share but was fast talking to you

It was great, more than i expected

The timeshare resort is so dated and run down. The clubhouse and pool area are superb and beautiful, updated and clean. However the buildings are very run down. Rooms are very outdated and not clean. The only shower was literally a 3’ by 3’ stand up shower and moldy! Two toilets were nice but toilet closet in bedroom is so small you cannot close the door while standing. All the drains in the condo were slow to drain. We had a one bedroom unit with a balcony. Overall very functional but so very beat up. There are Bugs. Lots of bugs. Our balcony had so many crawling bugs. But no mosquitos. Overall very disappointed with the conditions for a timeshare. We’ve stayed at many different brand timeshare rentals. This is by far the worst. It appeared they maybe renovating some as there was a dumpster on the grounds near one building. I cannot imagine the challenge of being the salesperson tasked with selling people on this property. I feel terrible for anyone who is stuck being an owner with this property.

We arrived for a weekend getaway before school started. The property was rated really good online & we were excited for our stay. We made sure to call ahead of time because we were checking in later than the check in time online. We were assured this wasn’t an issue. When we arrived around 8:40pm we were informed the system was down & we were not able to have keys made. There were several upset guests in the lobby. We told the front desk attendant that it was okay and we were going to go somewhere for about an hour & we would be back. We ended up coming back around 11pm & our keys were ready. We unloaded everything including our two young kids & went to our building got all the way to our floor & found that they had assigned us a room that was not reachable due to a barrier made by the construction crew. I was obviously frustrated. We had tired kids & a ton of luggage that we then had to bring back downstairs & return to the lobby. When I informed the front desk they seemed very frazzled. Their phones were ringing off the hook & they had a lot of upset customers. One of which who had been assigned a room that was already occupied by an entire family that they had walked in on. I was told to go ahead & have my husband & kid get back in the car because it would be awhile. Finally when we got our keys we got to our room. We didn’t even have a shower curtain. Of course we didn’t notice this until the day before check out when we went to bathe the kids. Pull out was uncomfortable.
