Grand Crowne Resort

Very nice condo, nice pool area. It was under construction while we were there so the parking lots were out of commission in some areas. The golf course that surrounds it was gorgeous.

This is the second time my family has vacationed here and we absolutely enjoy it. It’s quiet and clean. They have opened their new pool since the first time we stayed and my boys really enjoyed it. They have a new restaurant/bar on the property and the food was amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend to others. Can’t wait till our next vacation.

We've been coming to this resort every year for the last 5 years. This visit was not as great as previous years. Phone and fan light didn't work. The bathroom cabinets were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a good while and the queen bed was surprisingly uncomfortable. Although it's not the resort's fault, we had extremely LOUD neighbors above us and next door. Reconsidering whether we will be returning.

The washing machine was a bonus. Kitchen was adequate. Whilst not where I expected to be rhe location was excellant close to theatres.

Thought I booked the Grand Crown Resort however on checking was down rated to another facility associated with Resort. Checking took well over an hour with the volume of people checking in. TV in the condo could have been bigger.
