Grand Crowne Resort

Our ac went out twice but they quickly fixed it both times. We had no soap in the bathroom so we had to go buy some.

We had one concern about the carpet in our unit. 501C. The carpet had stains that was very noticeable. Would suggest cleaning. Also we noticed one of the pillow covers that was in the bag used for the couch had blood stains. To my knowledge I didn't do it. Just wanted to give a heads up. We REALLY enjoy staying on this property. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and clean.

The room was very clean !! The jacuzzi was so nice!

Amazing! Everything was more than I expected!

After we checked in, we were told to go to the next counter for a parking pass, and the clerk tried to force us into going to a timeshares sales pitch, making it sound like I was paying for the parking pass but in reality he was scamming us for a sales pitch. Also the pool was shut down and drained on our 3rd day there. Very frustrating.

The dwelling was nice and clean. Plenty of supplies, well stocked. Was a quiet location.

I have stayed here 2 different times. Enjoyed staying here. This last time was even better than the first time.

Loved the hot tub . The room was very clean.

The shower head in bathroom. No water pressure at all. There was a family with kids above us that we heard all night long.
