Very different from pictures. Very small. Minimal provided

The check in was problematic. Front desk seemed stressed out and systems seemed problematic. It was quite away from a pool. The bed was just average. The restaurant was way understaffed. Didn't use the pool but it looked great. They really try to push you when you get parking pass to go to a timeshare thing. Disappointed

when I booked, it showed a picture of a different unit. a bigger one. when I got there and checked in, it was a smaller unit. The manager got a recliner to us and that helped. just got to be more careful when booking.

The room was average. Need to be deep cleaned, there were spiders in the room and ceiling fan fid not work. The rooms layout was awkward.

The concierge was pushy about having us go to a presentation for membership. When someone says I need to talk tk my wife, it’s not appropriate to ask why you think they will say. That was a big turn off and causes some anger. I was trying to be nice and not rude especially with others, guests and employees around. Please take the hint, especially when the answer is I’ll ask my wife multiple times.

The room and location where the only things we enjoyed after someone violated our privacy rights within the first 2 hours of checking in…

The way we have been treated as if our Safety doesn’t matter making us feel like it’s because we’re black and gay. When asked they gave us the silent treatment letting us know exactly what this is about. Never had my privacy rights violated before

Our jacuzzi tub wasn’t working right the jets wouldn’t turn on we had to call maintenance down 2 different times within an hour and smoke alarms were going off in our room bc of jacuzzi so we had to call maintenance again. We ended up having to leave door open to our balcony. That didn’t work. There was also a carpet tac strip that was showing in the living room/kitchen by fridge that we stepped on several times that we stabbed our feet. It was a very nice resort. Very clean

Very nice condo, nice pool area. It was under construction while we were there so the parking lots were out of commission in some areas. The golf course that surrounds it was gorgeous.
