Very pleasant stay- very clean, comfortable. Pleasant staff. Great breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

The good, our assigned room seemed clean except for water glass stains on the wall table next to the bed. Towels were clean and heavy, bed linens were clean and carpet looked new as well as a settee in the room. Room was extremely quiet. We very much appreciated the hotel for their NO PET policy, I can’t tell you how many hotels have been ruined since accepting pets. Filthy, smelly rooms that are terrible for guests who have pet allergies. The bad, WiFi was terrible, kept losing it while trying to use it. Took forever to reconnect ! I assume the renovations will include new carpet and furnishings in the breakfast and lounge area. Carpet was filthy as were the chairs to the tables, the couch and occasional chairs in the lounge. Hopefully the breakfast area will include a flooring that can be scrubbed as the many food stains were a turnoff ! We had a guest in our group that needed a handicap room and unfortunately his room was on the second floor way at the opposite end of the elevator ! Why would handicap rooms not be placed on the first floor closest to the check-in area ? Not the best planning ! Wide assortment of breakfast items for the included breakfast, many were very health conscious. Front desk staff at check-in was very abrupt, not overly welcoming. Price was a little expensive for the middle of the week.

Just your average room in an average hotel surrounded by average parking lots. And those very average powdered eggs for breakfast. You guys can do better.
