"Concerned customer"

Upon entering my room, my child informed me that the room smelled like fish. I choked it off to the paint and renovations taking place in the hotel until I saw some old funky socks a pair on the ironing board in the closet. I asked for another room and was given a room where the telephone is not working in the room. The staff apologized but now I am in a room where I have to use my cellphone to make contact with the front desk. It is not about compensation but quality. Unfortunately, I will not make a reservation for this hotel. I am afraid to sleep in this hotel.

It was very nice in an average way. They had a nice breakfast bar, but we were surprised to learn that it was an additional price, pay as you go - either for the entire buffet or as an individual priced order. The location wasn’t perfect for us and seemed a little off trail, but it worked for our needs.

"Great overnight stay"

We had a great overnight stay. Facility was in the middle of making improvements. Surprisingly, it didn't effect the quality of our stay. Front desk was very helpful and polite. We look forward to staying there again.

Everything was excellent. Comfortable bed, bathroom and shower. Room was very nice. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good also.
