"Horrible "

First came in there was no one at the front desk. I had to use the restroom, and they were locked. The housekeeping lady told me i had to wait for the front desk to come open it. After waiting for five minutes, I left to go find a restroom and came back. The one lady at the front desk greeted us by saying "yeah?" We were told the only rooms left were on the third floor and that the elevator was out of order. Trying to be funny the lady says we have stairs though. The entire hotel looked dirty and the room was freezing, even after turning the heat ro 80. The bed was hard and the comforter was almost as thin as the sheets.

"It was adequate."

Easy access from the freeway. The room was large. It was quiet.

The non-smoking room smelled bad. The treadmill in the fitness center turned on but nothing more. Breakfast items were hit and miss, like no yogurt for the day.
