Nice hotel, easy to get to. Friendly staff.

The small kitchen and nice breakfast every morning from 6-9 am. Great options Very comfortable bed

Carpet replacement was in progress so there dumpsters and carpet rolls out back. Staff was very friendly.

Quietness

Checkin process. Customers should be able to use a credit card that doesn’t have a chip. Not all cards have a chip. Case in point some debit cards do not have a chip. It’s a hassle to have to pull money off and pay in cash and then be charged more for the deposit.

Check in a little off…slow, not very friendly. Really liked the property. Breakfast was lacking…no meat, running low on key items and no one seemed to be attending to it.

It was conveniently located on the interstate

It was dirty. We got 2 1/2 hours sleep due to the ultra-thin walls. I realized I left my pillow ($100 silk pillow case) when checking out. I called the property within a few miles down the road and asked them to set it aside for me while I took my cruise to Mexico. The guy said he would. When I came back, Roquelle said it was not there. She said “no one at this hotel would steal your pillow”. But could not produce it. She was TERRIBLY unhelpful, RUDE and said she didn’t care if we gave a bad review.

friendly staff

#1 issue that may be reason for not staying is no usb ports to charge phones & devices. In todays high tech world this is is a must. Definitely would not stay for business purposes if I needed my computer.
