"Way too expensive for the value received."

The staff were friendly and nice.

The hotel needs some serious TLC. The carpet was stained, beds were lumpy, and I may as well have had sand paper to dry off with after showering. The towels were the roughest I have ever had.

I really liked the pillows and got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good, Fresh and hot! I think this is an older property and the rooms seemed dated. But I would certainly stay here again. Very convenient for my use as it has always been in the past

Good morning 🌞 I am emailing you to speak on my experience with Ms. Casey Gray! I commend her customer service and patience and attentiveness! I was impressed. I checked in Friday, but she was on the phone with a customer doing her very best to assist them. As I listened, she gave the caller every answer and solution to what ever they were needing. Not to mention that there was an elderly couple ahead of me waiting as well. The new hire tried her best to assist. Even Ms Casey assisted while still helping on the phone. Finally after getting off the phone, Ms. Casey helped the new hire assist the elderly couple. Even when the new hire kinda messed up, Ms Casey stayed professional and patient. Helping the new hire step by step, Again I was overly impressed. Then Ms Casey thoroughly assisted the elderly couple which was so amazing to me because most people do not take the time to step by step assist the elderly. Ms Casey then assisted me flawlessly, still training the new hire through all of this. I couldn't have had a better experience with her. I highly appreciate her customer service, patience, and attentiveness. That matters to customers. It keeps the customers coming back. The staff during my stay was so kind. Even after all she was going through, Ms Casey Gray showed so much professionalism!! I wanted to personally let her managers know!! Thank you for hiring her, keep her around please!!
