The venue was central to our activities.

Our peace was interrupted by rowdy crowds, most of which were guests of guests. Parking was not available due to these visitors. They shouted, sang and were extremely noisy until after 22h00 (supposed quiet policy) the night of 9 January.

As per the official complaint to Booking.com, the room allocated was by far not the room reserved and most certainly not the room a "Free Upgrade" was mentioned. The breakfast generally was good except for ice cold coffee (owner in attendance) and lack of quality control on the breakfast staff - filled the muesli container with a top up of All Bran cereal flakes

The manager, Jean Lupata's conduct was extremely poor and quite frankly, I have never met such an incapable person in all my stays. With the room challenge which was obvious, he left the poor receptionist, Leno to be the "message bearer" to me. Not at any stage did he engage directly to try and resolve the situation. Only comment, I will refend him and he can leave was the message.
