These noise levels and smokers, unfortunately other rooms had smokers who sat ouside my window smoking and talking most of the evening, i had to close my window because of the smoke. security decided at 1am it was a good time to water the garden, which woke me up from sleep....needless to say it took some time before gaining some sleep.

Room was clean, well maintained.

Balcony door was jammed, couldn’t open. Had a request when booking, this was not met, was only told after asking they could not accommodate my request. Ended up purchasing overpriced wine. Room was right next to reception so noise from people coming in and out was a bother.
