I found the behavior of the staff and an anonymous manager during the check-out process to be highly unprofessional. There appeared to be a significant emphasis on levying fines and extracting money under the guise of unwarranted penalties. Furthermore, I was taken aback when the gate was locked without apparent cause, creating unnecessary inconvenience. The manner in which these issues were handled left a lasting negative impression, and I believe they are not in line with the standards of service and hospitality that guests expect from Woodbridge Lodge.
