Well designed and attractive lobby, restaurant. Complimentary gear for kayaking, snorkeling. Polite and courteous staff. Generous breakfast options (although very limited for vegetarians). Easy access to the beach and neat infinity pool. Good programming - polynesian show, flower / basket weaving etc. Moorea island is beautiful.

Price: Overpriced. Checking-in: Most flights come into Tahiti 2-3AM, and check-in is only 2-3PM. Nuts to wait in the lobby for very long. Infrequent ferry options to Moorea. Staff: So intransigent to accommodating price differences (aka we left a day earlier, no refund; we were forced to attend an overpriced Christmas dinner)

The over water bungalows were fantastic. It was a real treat to start each day with a dive into the warm water. The breakfast buffet is superb and was an easy way to fill up before daily outings. Albert tours is directly across the street and offers great deals on rental cars, ATV outings, and swimming with sting rays and black tip sharks. You can also use them for transfers from the ferry to Manava Resort. There are shops and markets five minutes away.

Nothing negative to report! We visited in the slower rainy season (late Dec)which was awesome. Lots to do, not a lot of tourists around, and the occasional showers made it a great South Pacific adventure.
