The chalet was excellently located. The resort is we'll located. Quite picturesque.

Very unfriendly stuff, especially in the restaurant. Non responsive, angry. Had to keep calling for service. One evening we simply stood up and left beacuse she was simply not coming to give the Killeen though the place was half empty. The concierge might as well not be there. When we enquired about activities she just pointed at the QR code. Why not just put a huge QR code.

"Viel zu teuer, wir hätten uns mehr erwartet"

Wasserbungalow sind schön, modern und relativ neu. Perfekte Lage wenn man nicht im Hotel Abendessen gehen möchte, da es super Restaurants in der Umgebung gibt.

Beim Obst vom Frühstück viele Fruchtfliegen - es fehlt die Abdeckung Keine Nüsse oder Toppings für Müsli Kein frisches Baguette bzw. Brot Muss alles getoastet werden Wir wollten einen Kaffee an der Poolbar trinken, obwohl kein einziger Gast da war, sind wir nach 10 Minuten wieder gegangen da wir nicht bedient wurden 4 Kellner/innen standen rum Wir haben an der Reception gefragt ob wir statt 11 Uhr um 12 Uhr auschecken können. Es wurde bestätigt, eine Stunde länger ist gratis und kein Problem Ab 11 Uhr wurde bei uns angerufen warum wir noch im Zimmer sind, dann kam die Putzfrau und wollte reinigen usw. Wir haben darum gebeten das um 12:00 jemand kommt die Koffer holen, Koffer wurden um 12:20 geholt (da hat das Taxi schon gewartet), das sind alles Kleinigkeiten aber wenn man für pro Nacht fast 1000 USDollar bezahlt dann darf sowas nicht passieren .

The lady Gabrielle that checked us in and gave us the tour Staff overall Relaxing atmosphere in the overwater bungalow

When there is thematic evening parties you can hear the music from the overwater bungalow Crowded breakfast and also loud music from the live band in the area. I mean it was nice to have local live music but not my thing in the morning

"Great place to stay on Mo‘orea"

Lovely Bungalows at a very nice part of the beach. Overall very friendly and supportive staff - they tried to make every wish a reality. The surrounding is very good, car rental opposite of the hotel, ATMs and a few shops in walking distance. Do the snorkeling trip, which was amazing!

The staff at the Miti bar was a bit inattentive. We sometimes had to wait 10 minutes and more to place an order.
