Manava Beach Resort & Spa Moorea

I liked the welcome, the tour, the location, the room was Beautiful. The breakfast was good. The robes and slippers that you get in the room. The wine they give to you as a welcome gift.

Chambre très agréable et spacieuse. Magnifique vue sur le lagon Personnel de l’établissement très sympathique et à l’écoute de nos demandes.

Nous avons moins le Happy hour. Nous avons pris une planche avec des rillettes de thon, c’était très fade. C’est un peu dommage de ne pas proposer une planche avec plusieurs choses à déguster.

La beauté et le confort des bungalows

Pas mal de petits bugs qui a force gâchent le plaisir. Pas de gel douche à l'arrivée, bouilloire cassée, frigo en panne et enfin une terrine périmée et moisie servie au bar. Ce n'etait que le premier soir... Le lagon est très agité et peu propice à la baignade (iles au vent). Bref, ce n'est peut-être pas ici qu'il faut casser sa tirelire pour vivre son rêve de pilotis. Choisir plutôt les bungalows dans le jardin avec piscine privée.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel’s beach is a bit small, but very beautiful and relaxing. Our only disappointment was the overwater bungalow we chose. We couldn’t really swim from it because there was coral all around the deck area. There are other overwater bungalows without this issue, but you need to request them when booking. Looking back, the best option would have been one of the seven beachfront bungalows — they offer direct access to the sand and the lagoon without coral.

Clean and tidy rooms and property, good value, great spa with amazing massages and great breakfast buffet! Quick and easy access to kayaks, snorkels and SUPs, and kudos for never running out of beach towels :-) Very pleasant and competent staff were much appreciated.

Pool area quite small, closed in, and very hard, uncomfortable pool chairs - could be greatly improved with some cushions. Ended up going to local beaches and other resorts for the day rather than spend much time on the property. Mosquitoes around the bar and restaurant area.

L’accueil, le restaurant, la piscine, le spectacle, les cours pour faire des couronnes de fleurs, etc. etc. tout était parfait. Bravo.

J’ai eu un problème avec un taxi qui m’avait surfacturé et l’hôtel a réussi à récupérer l’argent parce qu’ils ne veulent pas que cela se passe dans leur île, j’ai trouvé ça très correct et j’ai d’ailleurs laissé l’argent à la réception car je ne l’ai pas fait pour recevoir de l’argent, mais pour ne pas avoir l’impression d’avoir été le pigeon.
