Super 8 by Wyndham Shawnee

Room was stinky and the AC didn’t work very well. Room was really over priced for the stay.

Room was not made up or cleaned in 4 days, no coffee in room, had to go ask for it. The concrete balcony on the building is falling apart, free breakfast was a joke.

The room itself wasn’t bad but the building is in very bad shape the catwalk on the second floor is crumbling and the coffee pot was missing the tray for the coffee filter so couldn’t make coffee, the receptionist at front desk barely spoke English.. would not recommend anyone to stay there!

I feel like I need to be refunded. Found out that a truck stop is going in where the motel is and there were lots of big containers lined up and it didn’t feel safe. The stairs where you walk up was dark.

Showed up an hour after Check in began, was given my key to my room. Go to my room and open the door and the room was an absolute mess. If I could zero stars I would. Construction going on while I was there and with my night owl schedule therefore couldn't get any rest. The property manager and a construction worker literally barged into my room the next day to look at problems the room had, they were lucky I was awake and dressed. Never book here if you read this.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. They were pricier that the other ones so I expected it to be decent. They were not. The floors are filthy. Walking turned my feet black. The shower and bedding had hair. The Wi-Fi sucked. The volume on the tv would only go up so much. The coffee maker is beat up and wobbly. Questionable folks around like those crack has motels in town. There was also construction going on by the room they put me in. When you pay more you expect decent. This place is no different than those motels on the interstate that charge only $60 or less. Do not choose super 8 in Shawnee Ok.

No breakfast despite being advertised. We were on the north side of the hotel and neither the sidewalk nor the driveway in front of our room had been treated despite ice and frigid temps. It was very dangerous

Property needs work. Upgrading

We notified the property we would be arriving late due to the weather. She wasn't happy when we arrived. Then they hit us with a $20 that hadn't been posted for the 2lb yorkie that stays in her kennel. Place was nasty. Wouldn't have let my puppy out to even look around. The heater were all of in the worse snow storm this year. It took forever to warm up. Two of the tiniest Sandpaper towels ever. Didn't even bother to look for any kind of breakfast in the little food prep area without tables. Won't go back there
