How to clean the bathtub myself there was still hair from the last people that were there and no breakfast as advertised

I thought that the rooms could be cleaner. The breakfast could be a lot better.

Made a reservation there and could not find the hotel because the sign was off. After checking in found the condition of the building in a poor state considering it was listed as a four star hotel. the room was all right, except when we tried to call the front desk the phone did not work. We went to the desk and we were told there was no one to fix it. Nothing was offered to fix the problem by the front desk. This is a property that uses the Wyndham hotel name, but in my opinion it doesn't meet their standards. The hotel is undergoing renovation and had a fire, but that information should be passed on when making reservations.

For one the key didn’t work then the tv didn’t work refrigerator didn’t work either chair had hole in it had non smoke room but it smelled like smoke

New vanity counter in guest room was very clean but sheets had holes and stains. A cockroach was by the sink. Really awful. The free "breakfast" was minimal - cold cereal, nothing to toast, and the only fruit were mealy apples that were not edible. Fridge door in breakfast area was missing a handle and hard to open while searching for milk. Coffee was in an urn and barely warm. This room was barely worth about half the price paid.

I didn’t like much of anything. We were placed next to a room that had previously caught fire and just a tarp placed in front of it. Bedding was stained as well as scum in the tub. The room smelled awful and the bedside lights did not work. Breakfast included? We’re talking an option of two cereals and a juice dispenser that didn’t work. Horrible experience. And all this for $100/night. Never again. I could go on but I’ll leave it here.

It was quiet and sweet. I adored the little property, and the staff was really kind to me my son. I would recommend staying here for those who need a good place to rest.

I had booked and paid for a non-smoking room. Upon entering, there was a strong and lingering cigarette smoke odor. In attempt to ignore the issue, we noticed flies and gnats flying around in addition to the lack of cleanliness in the room and bathroom.
