Staff Members were friendly . Room was clean..

We arrived at the Ibis at 2pm for check‑in, only to find that our room wouldn’t be ready for several hours. This caused significant inconvenience, Had we received an email or phone call informing us of the delay, we could have planned accordingly, but we received no notification whatsoever. This falls short of the service we expected, and we’d like to request appropriate compensation or a gesture of goodwill for the delay.

The location was okay The rooms were warm and comfortable Price was reasonable

The whole parking thing is challenging There is no proper front entrance, had to park down the street Details weren't explained very well as the person kept answering phone calls

Good selection for breakfast

No glasses in the room for drinking water. The kettle was too small & hard to use, not clean. Hot water in the shower was not working, maintenance wasn’t able to fix it. Had to move to a different room which made everything late for our evening. In the end temperature of the water in the shower was not hot enough. Breakfast buffet was meant to be open until 10am. Then we were told that the buffet was going to be closed at 8.30am. Not good enough, even told that we were allowed to go to Novotel. It was a very raining day & we were waiting for my husband to come back from the gym for breakfast. He has a disability so there was no way I was going to ask him to go walking to Novotel in the rain. When asked if I was able to put some breakfast aside& take it to my room. Answer: no straight away… no compassion. Then checked with the chef who said in this case yes. Thank you to the chef for showing compassion.
