"We had an enjoyable time staying at Ibis Rotorua and on would stay there again."

The location was close to town, and we had a lovely view of the lake from our room which made for a pleasant environment.

I got stuck in the lift which wasn't a pleasant experience. It didn't last long but it did upset me a little when using the lift again. From the staff member that rescued me I was under the impression this wasn't an isolated incident.

Location to town

One of staff was not very friendly. The room ground floor facing back of building carpark, looking directly at a dirty skip bin and anyone in that carpark could look directly into, the room, no privacy, had to keep the blinds pulled The room was dark even with the lights on. One day my key would not open the door and I had to get it reset. Bathroom crap
