Great hotel, staff excellent, food very good, very clean. Would have liked to have a kettle in the room though.

Its only my personal opinion but this hotel ticks all the boxes for us, staff food drinks entertainment pools facilities all exceptional the rooms could do with some tlc in places but with a major renovation due next year the owners are on top of it, we ate in the hotel throughout our stay something we never do normally that's how good the food was in our opinion , we were AI and the drinks were table service in the main lobby and pool bars huge bonus never having to wait in queues the staff were always on hand to serve you and keep you refreshed just brilliant roof top bar is adults only bar service , the enthusiasm of the entertainment staff was again exceptional getting involved in some of the shows they were super talented and were always wondering around guests showing a real interest in where you came from and your interests family etc big shout out to Guillia just a lovely talented young lady who will go along way in her career I'm sure, there were little things in our room that could be addressed but as I said earlier the owners are on top of it and it didn't affect our comfort as the rooms were spotlessly clean and airy, 10 minutes stroll to the beach and 1 minutes walk to the twice weekly market bus links etc, thanks for a fantastic stay brilliant hotel in our opinions. We had a shower that kept leaking every time we would use it. The facilities was not what we would think is a 4 star resort. Majority of the staff were rude. The resort is meant to be an all inclusive which we paid for which clearly it wasn't, still had to pay extra for different drinks and foods. The food variety at the buffet was poor and the food was cheap and tasteless. My stomach played up on more than one occasion and we decided to eat out some nights. Some of the food was mouldy and re-used throughout the day. Ice cream would be melted and still be put back to be frozen to be eaten. Had to ask for drinks to be given to us, couldn't go and grab it yourself. Staff had a go at one on my mates for grabbing a glass bottle of water and was told he couldn't get it and that he would give it to him at the table. When i asked for apple juice it took 15mimutes to be given to me and when i was given it and said thank you to the staff member she was sarcastic and rude saying your welcome. Had another staff member behind the bar getting stropy with my mate and i cause we asked for a cappucino which we only found out it was part of the all inclusive before we flew out the next day. Wasn't clear what we could have and not have. Felt like we was being treated like children due to us being british. Couldn't play ball games in the pool, couldn't have a drink by the pool. Pool was very basic. At this point might as well be a prison. Entertainment team barely done anything apart from bingo here and there and were barely seen. Only time entertainment was good was one nignt where they had a some stunt team come to the resort doing all sort of things which was good. I will not be returning to the resort and my advice to anyone who's young and british to not go there either. Definitely not worth the price either.

Third time at this hotel and enjoyed it each time. Location is excellent, staff are helpful and friendly, rooms are well kept by the cleaning team and there are plenty sun beds and spaces to lounge about in, particularly at the roof top area. A huge plus point is the attitude and enthusiasm of the animations team, especially Alexandra, Adele and Christobel - I don’t know what they’re paying you guys, but you’re worth every penny (euro?)! I see a few groans about kids inflatables and repetition of food in the restaurant but, as I wasn’t with children nor staying all inclusive I can’t comment. Decor is starting to look a bit dated but, other than that, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant accommodation experience in Adeje. Hope to be back next year!
