First time visiting this hotel with family and friends, we knew we were arriving late so emailed the hotel and they left us some food and drink out to eat in the restaurant when we got there, all the staff were polite and couldn't do enough for us, my husband went to reception to ask about a pharmacy as I'd woke up on the second day with a sore eye and couldn't open it properly, reception gave him an eye wash for me, rooms and hotel are clean inside and out, food is lovely and plenty to choose from, my husband is fussy when it comes to food and he didn't have any complaints, bar snacks are nice decent sizes, hot or cold snacks are available, drinks are lovely and even the AI cocktails were of a good standard, entertainment was good sometimes you get 2 a night one at the pool bar one outside, I didn't use the pools but when we walked by there was plenty of sun loungers, they also provide towels, roof top is nice, seats and tables and loungers to relax and there's a bar, men and women WCs and 2 plunge pools, there's ramped areas and lifts, a gift and snack shop in the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants around, we will book this hotel again when we're in Adeje

Great hotel. Great location as far as we are concerned, close enough to the hectic bussle of the sea front but far enough away to be quiet too. Restaurant food was always good, just a little repetitive. The adults only roof areas was the reason we chose it and one of the reason ls we'll go back.

Where do I start? First of all, I’m going to be honest with you, for the price, it isn’t worth it. Go another hotel that’s 5 star or different country. When I over heard someone been back for the 9th time I was like they must be kidding? Maybe I had a different experience to others I wonder why there’s so many good reviews? Ive had 3 others feel the exact same way. I’ve also had a group of 8 said this is rubbish which I agree. Good points, location, beach few minutes away pretty decent, all restaurants nearby. Rooms not bad, clean, I’ll say the water leaks onto the floor a lot but that’s minor. There’s music and bands play until 12-1 am which is good. Good for elderly and couples. Good ice cream, some fruit and salad. Cleaners were decent. Football court out the back was good, pool and towels were awesome. Bad points, no idea what’s on the all inclusive food and drink menu, you had to guess everything and asked. My friend first bit of fruit, orange was mouldy I let it go on the first day wish we took a picture but we didn’t want it to kill our holiday. I’m fair if it’s all inclusive, but just watch what you eat, some smelt off some looked off gave us some stomach issues and will give you. My biggest issue I had was 3 things. The pool rules Why have a shop that sells inflatables if you can’t have them in the pool? Turtles, rings, balls, I can’t have a ball in the pool I got told off, I can’t have a drink with my toes in the pool I got told off. Kids were getting told off for having inflatable in the pool. The staff. Few odd ones were nice, I got told what’s going on because I wanted a cappuccino after my dinner? Is on all inclusive, because is 7:30 pm after dinner the coffee machine were working still. I asked at the bar for a cappuccino because I’ve been at the beach all day and felt tired, the women behind the bar went, really? What’s going on with you? Come on, you got beer? Fanta? Made a whole fuss over a minute machine coffee, I nearly said forget about it. The water. Just go and get yourself a 5L for couple euros in a shop outside and stick it in the fridge. Or a pack of bottles. Because the only water you have that’s bottled is at lunch&dinner. If you’re thirsty like my friend was and got up and tried to get himself a bottled water in the fridge in the restaurant, you will get yourself an ear full. Small classes of water won’t cut it for the amount of salt in the food and with the heat and alcohol combined. I’m not coming better for the 2nd time even if you pay me to be honest. Is harsh but that’s how I felt, go outside was a buzz do jetski do Siam park, do activities. I came back to the hotel, I’d rather be home.

Very good hotel, roof terrace pool, plus two other pools. No need to bring beach towels as you can have towels from the pool. Good food, close to bars, restaurants and 10 minutes steep walk down to the beach but up hill on the way back but worth it. Clean rooms, very good maid service. All staff very friendly. TV with English Channels, kettle, bath water very hot. Nightly entertainment to a good standard with a bar. Shop on site. And a supermarket opposite.
