"Spacious rooms with huge patio"

Spacious with two rooms, living room, and kitchen. There was a king, two twins, and 2 cots. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool. Big patio with partial ocean views. Easy check in and out.

"Coronacation at Port Royal. "

Overall a great time and accommodations. Beach access was nice. Pool was excellent. Only drawbacks was adult beverages allowed in all areas of the pool and smoking on the property. Slightly confused on when to access restaurant. Staff were very polite and accommodating.

Really disappointed in our first (and last time) at this property. The people are nice, but the property is old (even pre hurricane), stairwells are filthy, walkways are filthy. Condo was old, deck was gross, paint peeling off everything. New staff confused and unable to keep up with pool side orders. I've left three messages to have a manager call me. We left early this was so unclean and no call back from management yet. The description on their website is mis leading, they say they are forth coming with the state of their property on social media - they are not. Spend your money elsewhere.

"Good time. "

Overall great time. Hotel appears to still be recovering from the last hurricane. Visible damage on the outside as you drive up and older/worn furniture in the condo. Very friendly and helpful staff though. Pool area was awesome! My kids had blast.

I realized the property had hurricane damage, however, the dishwasher and furniture was very outdated. We were unable to deadbolt the door as there was not an opening to do do this. The deck was pretty run down, the deck furniture old and dirty. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was beautiful!

This is a beautiful resort! The buildings still show signs of the hurricane damage from 2 years ago but the amenities; pools, hot tubs, grounds, sea access were fantastic.

The swimming pools were amazing. Location was convenient. The absolute best place to stay in Port Aransas.
