Hotel Baia Grande

We visit the Baia Grande every winter. This year we arrived in Nov not January and it was nice to see the Pool Bar was open, we have never used that before. The hotel gets better and better every year.Meals this year were fab, the chef has introduced new dishes like the quinoa salad and they have been great additions. You have fabulous staff, every one working in the restaurant was friendly and efficient. Maria, of course ,is amazing, she makes sure everything runs seamlessly ,she is such an asset. Again the staff in the bar were great, they were aware of our needs as if telepathically. I’m sorry I don’t know everyone’s name but I can’t single anyone out they are all brilliant. A small point that you might consider, we arrived at 10am and obviously couldn’t get into our rooms until 3, that’s a pain but it’s the same in all hotels. The bar was closed so we wandered out and found somewhere for a coffee etc. It wasn’t until later we found out that the Pool Bar was open. I do think that we could have been told that by those on Reception. Others than that, we found the receptionists friendly and helpful.

Personnel désagréable et expérience vraiment décevante

Fabulous hotel, staff great. Location very good so not in the centre and nice and quiet. Entertainment in evenings lovely, really live live music. Andrew the greeter at meal times was super. Room was very nice and adequate for our stay. Value for money for the holiday was very good. End of October into November is a really good time to go.
