The staff were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. I will always stay at this location when traveling to El Paso. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.A recognition for the great manegment in this property.

After reading the reviews, I decided to stay here. First the good... location is close to the airport. Downtown El Paso is only ~15 minutes away, there's shopping and parks within 10 minutes. The hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable, and there was actually a pillow that had some firmness to it (unusual at most hotels in my experience!). Got at least a basic cleaning from housekeeping every day. The one thing that I have to knock them down on was the included breakfast. The waffles (shaped like Texas which was cool) were good, and they had sugar free syrup. The other hot items though were just not appetizing. They had bowls of eggs/sausage, some breakfast sandwiches, and egg & cheese omelets. I tried a sandwich, the bowl, and an omelet (on different days). Just weren't good. It also seemed strange they were ALL (including the omelet) wrapped individually in saran wrap. I guess for "grab and go"? The people I interacted with were nice.

expected the pool to be more grand, it’s hot in El Paso, come on! more money should be spent to make the pool nice!

The employee at the front desk was not very helpful during checkin. She seemed distracted and not very interested in her job. The hotel itself is in decent condition. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were not comfortable at all though.
